Winter in der Hohwachter Bucht. -4°C und spiegelglatte Ostsee. Hier und jetzt Mitte Januar kann man am hellichten Tag Butt auf Wattwurm fangen. Hierzu bin ich mittags auf die Seebrücke des Ferienparks "Weissenhäuser Strand" gegangen. An den Vorfächern habe ich auf eine Beperlung verzichtet, da mir die Erfahrung sagte, das eine bunte Beperlung im Winter nicht grade der Burner ist und sogar den Fangerfolg schmälert. Meine Vorfächer haben daher lediglich eine funktionelle Beperlung an den Auslegern...

It´s winter in the "Hohwacht Bay" in East-Holstein. -4 ° C and the Baltic Sea smooth as glas. Here and now in mid-January you can catch in daylight plaice on lugworm. For this I'm gone at high noon on the pier of the Hollydaypark "Weissenhäuser Strand". On my rigs I have omitted the colored Pearls, thats better at my experience. Fishing with this colorful Pearls in winter be not the Bomb and they even diminish the success. Therefor my Rigs have only functional Pearls on the outriggers ...
