Description:
skinned and deboned white fish fried with challotes a stick of cinnomen, make the sauce by heating some butter in a pan and add cardomens, then phillidelphia cream cheese, milk (not too much),heat until it is smooth then add ground cumin and ginger root, drain through a siv, (or just pick out the cardomons with a spoon), remove the cinnemon stick, pour some of the sauce on a plate then place the fish and challotes ontop, pour some more of the sauce over the fish then finnish by sprinkling some diced cucumber, bellpeppers, grapes or cellery over the fish.
